China Tongfu (01763slotsofvegasfreespins.HK) recently announced that it has signed investment cooperation agreements with a number of companies including CNNC Industrial Development to jointly participate in the CNNC Xiongan Science and Technology Park project in Xiongan New District in Tianjin City. The project aims to bid for and develop scientific research office and supporting residential land.
According to the agreement, CNNC Industrial Development or the project company established by it will be responsible for land auction and subsequent development and construction work. The total investment of the project is expected to be 90 million yuan, and it is expected to obtain 4000 square meters of scientific research office space and 1000 square meters of supporting residential space.
