Gelonghui May 16 丨 Sichuan Energy Investment Development (01713crashbandicoot4it'sabouttimeswitch.HK) Announcementcrashbandicoot4it'sabouttimeswitch, on May 16, 2024,(i) the company entered into a Yibin Zhangwo Power Purchase Framework Agreement with Yibin Zhangwocrashbandicoot4it'sabouttimeswitch; and (ii) the Company entered into a power purchase framework agreement with Shuifu Hongli. According to the Yibin Zhangwo Power Purchase Framework Agreement and the Shuifu Hongli Power Purchase Framework Agreement, Yibin Zhangwo and Shuifu Hongli will supply electricity to the company and its subsidiaries from the effective date of the relevant agreements to December 31, 2026 respectively.
