The ship refers to Clipper Panorama, a bulk carrier flying the Hong Kong flag.
The Directors believe that through the ongoing management of the Group's assets, the disposal will not have any material adverse impact on the Group's operations and will enable the Group to improve its working capital position and further enhance its liquidity.
